These Terms of Service govern use of PesoLend marketing site and related services operated for lenders evaluating or using PesoLend.
Agreement
By accessing pesolend.com or logging into the PesoLend application, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a lending institution, you confirm you have authority to bind that institution.
Accounts and access
Login credentials are confidential. You are responsible for activity under your seats. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt systems, scrape personal borrower data unlawfully, or use PesoLend to violate lending or privacy laws in your jurisdiction.
Fees
Subscription fees, setup, and optional add-ons (including payment gateway) are as agreed in your order form or as published on the Pricing page at the time of purchase. Annual billing may be offered at 10× monthly.
Data
Customer loan-book data remains yours. We process it to provide the service. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Disclaimer
Marketing pages are informational. Production commitments are defined in your subscription agreement. Software is provided as described in that agreement.
